A free practical session for managers asked to introduce AI. Compare opportunities by value, feasibility, cost and risk, and decide what deserves a first test.
The problem we’ll address
Your company wants to put AI to work, but it is not yet clear which workflow is worth changing or how to prove an improvement.
Who this is for
Business leaders and managers responsible for introducing AI in their organisations who need a grounded starting point. No technical background is required.
What you’ll learn
Identify a workflow problem before choosing a tool.
Compare opportunities by value, feasibility, cost and risk.
Consider existing tools, conventional automation and process changes.
Make human responsibilities and data constraints explicit.
Outline a first test and a meaningful success measure.
What we’ll work through
We’ll use an illustrative document-intake scenario to compare possible improvements and decide what deserves a first test. You will learn a reusable way to assess an opportunity, rather than leave with a validated business case for your company.
Session plan
10 minutes: clarify the decision and the business problem.
15 minutes: map the current workflow and its constraints.
15 minutes: compare opportunities, including alternatives without AI.
10 minutes: outline a first test and success measure.
10 minutes: questions and discussion.
What to bring
Bring a process you know well and a question about where work gets stuck. You do not need to code or create accounts with AI tools. Please do not bring confidential customer data.
Applying this in your company
The free public session teaches the approach using a business scenario. A corporate AI Opportunity Workshop applies it to your organisation’s workflows, priorities and constraints. It is an optional next step, not a requirement for attending.
